Raw Material Selection:

Extrusion Blow Molding:
The HDPE resin pellets are melted in an extruder by Acornplast and then injected into a mold cavity.
• A hollow tube or parison is formed within the mold by Acornplast.
• Compressed air is introduced into the parison by Acornplast, forcing it to expand and conform to the shape of the mold cavity.
